National team leads develop Country Reports that include information and data of commercial as well as R&D efforts in direct thermochemical biomass liquefaction. These are being published regularly and can be accessed below.
In doing so we provide:
- Lessons learned – what has happened in industry, accomplishments and failures;
- State-of-the-art on bio-oil production and use, pilot/demonstration plants, applications;
- State-of-the-art on other bio-oils – energy use/specifications, standards.
The major input to this task area is the ongoing effort in Country Reports. Formulation of these reports into a formal publication is anticipated.
