Pyroliq 2019: Pyrolysis and Liquefaction of Biomass and Wastes

The conference is for discussion of the advances in pyrolysis and liquefaction, including biomass, organic residues, and wastes.  The focus is on energy and chemical intermediate products such as bio-crude, bio-oil, biochar, bio-gas and torrefied materials.  The technologies represented include a spectrum of thermal conversion processes such as slow, intermediate and fast pyrolysis; hydropyrolysis; solvent liquefaction; and hydrothermal processing.  Additionally, there will be a special session on pyrolysis of wastes from fossil origin, such as plastics.

Includes technologies on production of final products from fractionation, isolation, purification and/or upgrading, and considerations for making marketable materials, chemicals, and fuels.  This conference is also an opportunity as a platform to report on commercially successful processes.
